Production Manager - Zjednoczone Emiraty Arabskie
Manpower Professional Cross Border, dla jednego ze swoich Klientów, poszukuje Kandydatów na stanowisko: Production Manager.
Opis stanowiska:
- Verification of pouring and dispatch plan as per purchase order requirements.
- Display of daily heat plan, moulding plan, core shop plan in the shop and ensure completion of planned production.
- Responsible for productivity, achieving production targets and control cost of manufacture and quality of castings.
- Responsible for maintenance of equipments, shop floor up keeping and safety in operations.
- Responsible for supervision of production in melting, sand plant,
core shop, moulding, fettling, heat treatment until dispatch advice for
castings. Maintain quality assurance plans during production.
- Responsible for submission of daily and monthly performance reports
in time and preparation of production statistics reports, material
consumption reports.
- Responsible for maintaining furnace log, QA log, pouring details,
heat treatment and welding log, daily rejection and dispatch advice and
other related shop records as per ISO 9002.
Wymagania:
- university degree (engineering studies)
- 5-8 years of experience on the similar position
- deep knowledge of production, planning and control
- effective leadership and presentation skills
- very good knowledge of English
