Junior Infrastructure Analyst

Capgemini Infrastructure Services is one of the biggest outsourcing service providers in Poland. Responsibilities

  • Monitor events on tools
  • Create a ticket in incident handling tool, regarding information included in the alarm
  • Apply the procedure joined to the alarm if it exists
  • Transfer the incident to the Level 1 Support Team
  • Follow the actions made by all the supports teams and make an alert if no actions are provided
  • Ensure that SLA are respected and alert Management rules are followed and Higher Support levels are informed
  • Authorize and closure change operations and report
  • Report on all events during the shift and inform the next shift about ongoing actions

Candidate's Profile

  • Good French language
  • English language would be an advantage
  • Linux and Unix Operating systems (basic  level)
  • Database and Middleware software (basic level)
  • Network IP equipments: switch, router, load balancer, firewall …etc (basic level)
  • Operation tools (Monitoring): end user level
  • Ticketing tools: end user level
