Payroll Specialist - UK

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all payroll processes for 150+ multi-state employees
• Responsible for monthly payroll calculations, confirmations and other processing.
• Responsible for SAP/SAGE Job Data status updates for all types of leave and benefits. 
• Processes all job data record corrections as received.
• Excel reports preparation.
• Benefit Adjustment entry.
• Deduction setup and maintenance.
• Processing of garnishments as required by applicable laws
• Assist with payroll close reconciliations.
• Payroll process improvements.
• Assist with Tax Upgrades in the areas of testing and process changes

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance/Accounting
• Payroll UK processes and HR knowledge
• Working knowledge of payroll deductions and taxes
• English – at least intermediate level
• Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel
• PeopleSoft knowledge nice to have.
