Recruitment Coordinator – German Speaker

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and advanced English
  • Good organizational  skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • MS Office skills
  • Energy, positive attitude and drive for success
  • Any previous experience in international environment, customer service or administration would be a great asset, however is not required

  Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the scheduling of all interviews of external and internal candidates, ensuring both candidates and assessors are fully briefed
  • Act as a main point of contact for Recruiters, Managers and Candidates from Scandinavian countries
  • Collect feedback from Recruiters and Hiring Manages after interviews and upload in relevant hiring system/database
  • Post all open positions on the Client or external careers sites in a timely manner
  • Ensure hiring system used by the Client is updated with regards to status of recruitment processes
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis of the recruitment process logistic and administration
