For our client, Enterprise Solutions and Professional Services company, we are looking for Sales Manager to be responsible for managing and growing the Polish market

Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for opening, qualifying and closing sales opportunities for Process Design & Optimization mainly within Chemical and Energy companies.
The successful candidate will develop a sales pipeline to support future sales and business planning.
Additionally the candidate will manage the day to day sales process in the nominated accounts and provide sales management with timely account updates, sales forecasts and lead the account planning activities with other team members.

Qualifications:
Experience selling Enterprise Solutions and Professional Services to the Chemical and Energy industries with a well established sales network.
Specific knowledge of Advanced Process Control, Real Time Optimization, Plant Planning & Scheduling is highly desirable.
Proven track record of selling Enterprise Solutions and Professional Services at senior and executive level within an international environment.
Good oral and written communication skills in English.
The candidate will be required to have a consultative selling approach.
Education: Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Automation), Business or proven industry experience.
