Job Description:
First hand knowledge of international best Quality practices
Analyzing and reporting performance and driving change as needed
Developing continuous improvement programs
Managing a team

Job Qualifications:
8+ years proven experience in Quality Systems
Bachelors in Engineering, the Sciences, or other relevant fields
Ability to benchmark new practices vs industry 'best practices'
Experience managing scientific teams
Technical knowledge in FMCG manufacturing environment would be an advantage
