The Role:
Reporting to the President based in USA, you will be responsible for:
Leading, motivating, and coaching a small team of recruiters, as well as,  growing the team and identifying new client opportunities.
Driving the Polish business in conjunction with the larger international organization.
Developing Key Accounts within the Polish market, as well as looking for opportunities to expand internationally.
Managing mid to senior level  'full recruitment life cycle'  from client acquisition, client briefing, candidate identification, interviewing, reference checks, to final stage of offer & acceptance.
Presenting and promoting Chronos Consulting to potential new customers to secure new business.
Working closely with the local accountant, reporting, building the pipeline and managing the P&L for the Polish business.

The Requirements:
6+ years experience working in the recruitment industry in a business development capacity  with at least 2+ years managing a team  / operations experience.
Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing, a MBA a plus.
Self starter with the capacity and passion to manage and drive an expanding business.
Ability to develop, coach and  mentor the team for successful delivery on both local and international projects.
Collaborating with colleagues in other countries for lead generation and client / delivery roll out in Poland.
Well developed negotiation, client management and project management skills are mandatory.
Entrepreneurial spirit, proven track record in recruitment in the Polish market and international experience/exposure is essential.
Overseeing a budget and day to day operational activities.
Fluent English & Polish, any additional language is a plus.
