Chef (Chinese/Dim Sum Cuisine)

The preparation of Chinese dishes, especially Chinese dumplings and general Dim Sum dishes to meet traditional Chinese tastes. Preparation of any Chinese dish as required by customers. You must be fully qualified and must have worked in a Dim Sum type restaurant with a minimum of three years experience. Must be capable of communicating in English and Chinese languages desirable.
