Our client, a leading company in communication services, is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor for its Dublin based European headquarters. Location: Dublin 9. Job Duties: Ensure the overall and individual customer service targets are met. Manage the customer retention and sales programs. Reporting of metrics, monitoring processes and people and taking timely action if necessary. Management and proactive engineering of processes for the team in order to achieve optimum efficiency and company goals. Work closely with European team and the different teams in the US (California). Part of very fast growing company and actively be part of achieving aggressive growth Job Requirements and Experience: Strong experience in managing Customer Service Teams. Metrics reporting. Internet environment / Exposure to Telecoms/ Technical industry environment. Fluency in English and one other European language.
