HEAD WAITER / WAITRESS

A busy hotel requires a Head Waiter/Waitress to work in their newly furnished contemporary restaurant. Reporting to the General Manager your duties will include, supervising and training of staff, maximising sales, creating and maintaining brand stan. excellent people skills and a keen eye for detail.
