My client, a well-known financial institute, is currently recruiting for a Customer Advisor for their Kilmarnock Branch. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers coming into the branch, dealing with customer enquiries and delivering excellent customer service. You will have excellent numerical skills and be able to identify. opportunities to cross sell coupled with excellent communication skills. You will be flexible in your approach to work including attendance patterns. You would also work well in a team and make referrals to specialist colleagues .
