Mechanical Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

You should hold a university degree or engineer diploma in a related discipline (Diplom, DESS, Engineer school degree, Laurea, Licenciatura, MSc, or equivalent). You should have ability to perform professional engineering tasks and an ability to quickly understand scientific requirements.

You should be able to produce 3D drawings using commercial CAD packages (SolidWorks), to perform mechanical engineering static and dynamic calculations, including finite element analysis and to participate in writing technical specifications in English. A previous experience in the fields of scientific instrumentation, high precision positioning, heat transfer, and Ultra high vacuum would be an asset.
