NDT Level III Auditor
Currently we are searching for a Product Quality Auditor to join our Product Quality - NDT team. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of competence in terms of NDT, in order to facilitate and support all relevant Vestas and sub supplier activities.
Responsibilities and Tasks
As a NDT Level III
Auditor you will be performing audits at suppliers and perform training
and education of NDT inspectors, to make sure that the product quality
will be in line with the elaborated specifications. Furthermore you will
have the following tasks:
- Perform audits of NDT procedures
- Performing dimensional inspection of flanges
- Developing new NDT methods
- Perform audit of as-built documentation
Qualifications and work experience
The position
requires that you have relevant training and education as minimum NDT
Level III technician and preferably NDT Level III (VT, MT and UT).
Furthermore we expect that you have the following qualifications.
- Fluent in English both verbal and in writing
- Good drawing interpretation skills
- Education as blacksmith or similar and knowledge about welding and steel
Desired but not needed qualifications and work experience:
- Knowledge about paint
- Handle and support of Easy Laser measuring system
- Lead auditor ISO 9001
- Experience from tower production or similar

Additional Information
Primary workplace is at Vestas Towers A/S - Varde in Denmark, but you must expect around 125 travelling days each year.
