The applicant must have a qualification Degree in Strategic Supply Chain
or extensive experiences in this field at NVQ Level 3 Duties includes
ensure the practice sales and telemarketing techniques are . adapted to
SSW and operate continually at highest level or sales service level to
customers, develop in depth knowledge and insight into all relevant and
allocated customer segments, including B2B and B2C where appropriate,
build understanding of cultural and geographic profiles or relevant and
allocated customer groups and markets , including empathy with customer
and how to respond to him or her in an appropriate way to represent the
brand and achieve sales targets .
