Candidate
needs to have good antenna design understanding. Understands over the
air requirements both for the antenna and cellular RF. Candidate should
have ability to solve engineering problems and apply experience to
determine root cause. As a benefit for the candidate can be seen
experience of cellular and complementary wireless antenna development
and related process understanding.
Needed competences:
- M.Sc. in Telecommunications RF, Electronics
- Good understanding of Antenna development and technologies
- 8+ year experience of antenna development
- Experience of antenna concepting and simulations
- Experience of used design tools like APLAC, ADS and CST
- Experience of measuring equipments like network analyzers
- Able to work in RF laboratory
- Knowledge of GSM/EDGE/WCDMA/LTE cellular systems
- Good team player
- Confident communicator, able to express views clearly whilst maintaining a good relationship
- Good skills in written and spoken English
- Good skills in using PC programs
- Able to travel
