Inside Sales Account Representative - Prague

We are seeking for new team members for our outsourced IT and sales services Team. Our client is looking for dynamic and motivated people with a consistent background and/orexperience in sales of hardware/software products, mainly on the phone.

Candidate at this position is working closely with the in-country Sales Account Managers.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a sales position, are achievement-oriented and believe in performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage Polish territory via telephone to source potential customers and identify networking requirements

- Track multiple sales opportunities

- Manage the sales cycle from opportunity to closure

- Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals

Education & Professional Certifications:

University degree or equal education ideally in Business Administration or IT

Candidate Profile:

Two to four years related experience, preferably within a contact center or fast moving Sales environment, preferably in the IT sector

  • Excellent people management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone skills
  • Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration and motivation and time/work prorituzation
  • Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem solving skills when making decisions
  • Ability to establish a course of action for self to accomplish goals while using appropriate resources
  • Work well inder pressure, professional demeanor
  • Fluency in English, native Polish
  • willing to relocate to Prague, Czech Republic
  • Proficiency with various software application programmes including Microsoft Office and CRM tool, such as Siebel, SAP, etc
  • Basic knowledge of network is beneficial
  • Web knowledge
