Blades is responsible for the global production of wind turbine blades and we have eight factories located in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
Our company is fast paced with strong growth potential. The
Business Performance Management function ensures financial input for continuous
improvement and optimization. In order to further develop this very important
and strategic area, we are searching for a highly competent candidate to be
part of this department.
Responsibilities and Tasks
As a Business Performance Analyst your main responsibility
is to provide in-depth analysis of performance improvement initiatives within
Vestas Blades to support continues improvement projects. Your analytical skills
must be based on a solid business understanding, and you must be able to
communicate your conclusion in a clear and sharp manner. Your responsibilities
will include:
* Maintain,
analyse and follow up on Blades KPI’s
* Cost price
analysis and reporting
* Maintain
Transfer price calculations
* Ad-hoc analysis
on performance improvement initiatives
* Project controlling
* Budget/forecast
support
Qualifications and Work Experience
You should have a relevant theoretical background as well as
a good business understanding. Moreover, we expect you to have:
* Superior
analytical ability, conceptual thinking and creative problem solving skills
* Superior written
and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages highly
desired)
* Strong
interpersonal skills, including proven ability to partner with others and deal
with multiple priorities and differing points of view in a challenging
environment
* Interesting in
project management, to be able to handle different projects in the position
* Strong IT skills
within ERP systems and Excel
* High level of
cross-cultural sensitivity
