To undertake planned responsive & cyclical maintenance work either on own or unde. Supervision of a contract mgr Service & repair of lighting & powerdistribution systems. Reactive repairs to all type of lighting systems & power distribution systems. Service & repair to motors & pumps. Service & repair to HVAC Control Panels. Service & repair of fire alarm systems. Competent of BMS control systems. Competent PAT tester. Successful candidate will be required to take part in on-call rota. Should be Quald Electrician exp of Costing of minor works Supervisory exp Property Maintenance.
