Exclusive Store Manager - FASHION
Our client, prestigious Italian company, a famous luxury fashion brand, is opening his first ever shop in the heart of Prague. We are looking for a specialist for the position of Store Manager. The relevant Candidate shall be fashion addicted , with high class personality standards together with right experience and education.
Opis stanowiska
* Participate in new store opening preparations.
* Participate in new team building activities.
* Work with VIP Clients on day- to day basis.
* Implementing and ensuring corporate identity is in place for the brand Ensuring that VM guidelines and rules are followed.
* Stock supervision and co-ordination,
* Analysing P&L for the shop and initiating appropriate actions in agreement with Regional Management if necessary.
Wymagania:
* Experiance in VIP service,
* International business approach,
* Completed commercial training or study,
* Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in retail, luxuries goods sector preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years’ store management experience,
* Experience in personnel management and training,
* Experience in Visual Merchandising,
* Profound knowledge of MS Office,
* Languages skills: Country language near native (both written and oral), English fluent (both written and oral), Italian would be an advantage.
* Creative and innovative thinking,
* Flexibility and adaptability,
* Quality Management - Planning and organisation skills,
* High personal standards & leadership personality.
