Due to their continued success and expansion in Europe, we are now looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join the Corporate Accounting team.
Finance Manager is also responsible for the participating in the closing of the company consolidated financial statements in a timely and accurate manner according to German GAAP and accountable for maintaining sufficient documentation supporting financial statement accounts in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements, including account reconciliations
You should hold a recognized
accountancy qualification and have at least a 4 years' post
qualification in financial accounting with exposure to SOX and GAAP, experience of multi-currency consolidation and be capable of managing a small team of people.
Excellent English is a must and German is not required.
