SOUS CHEF

This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Thai Staff Solutions (UK) limited vacancy who is operating as an employment agency. We require a Sous Chef with 3 Year experiences at NVQ level 3 to be a part of Thai Smiles Restaurant at Basingstoke. Dut. of Authentic Food, Home-made sauces & dips, desserts and cooking a variety of complex dishes; liaising with the Head Chef in creating & developing menu choices, also producing new food recipe; minimising Food Waste, responsible for knowledge of Hygiene Supervision, Health & Safety, Risk Assessment & finally undertaking the roles of the Head Chef in his absence.
