RESTAURANT MANAGER

This is a Thai Staff Solutions (UK) LTD vacancy who is operating as employment agency. The applicant must have 3 year experiences at NVQ Level 3. Duties include managing a Thai Restaurant, undertaking the support roles to maintain and meet financial . maintaining stocks of food and beverages, placing orders with the retail trades; working closely with the Restaurant Director and Head chef, dealing with any customer requests or problems; preparing staff rotas, supervising and training Head Waiting Staff and Waiting Staff. Responsible for staff discipline, Health and Safety, Risk Assessment, Hygiene management and finally looking after customer welfare etc.
