Business Analyst - Credit Risk (fixed-term)

Then we are offering an exciting business analysis position within Risk Strategic Change.

• Drive and coordinate the delivery of Credit Risk relevant IT and process changes
• Prepare Business Requirement documents including requirement description and use cases
• Work with the Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure the solutions proposed are fit for purpose
• Identify opportunities for IT and process improvements
• Analyze business processes and recommend new design changes to existing business processes
• Assist IT and business in defining test cases and acceptance criteria

This is fixed-term contract for 18 months.

Your team

Our unit supports the business division Chief Risk Officers and the Firm Wide Risk functions with best-in-class services to effectively and efficiently deliver Change-the-Bank projects. We act as the essential conduit between business stakeholders in Risk and the IT delivery functions, at various levels of seniority and across geographical locales. We ensure maximum added value by closely working with our business stakeholders to understand and interpret their needs and to stringently prioritize our resources. We partner with our IT service providers to ensure that optimal solutions are specified, designed, tested and implemented.

Your experience and skills

You have: 
• Strong track record in business analysis
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills to face off to, influence and engage senior stakeholders
• Good knowledge of IT and banking processes
• (Credit) Risk experience and understanding of the UBS environment would be a plus
• Understanding and experience of implementing regulatory projects in a large bank

You are:
• Able to work independently are highly organized and keen to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
• An excellent communicator in English, German an advantage
• Experienced in process management and or design
• Excellent data analysis and query skills preferably SQL / Oracle
