HR Operations Advisor/Specialist - Spanish speaker

 We are looking for someone like that who can help us:– resolve employees' HR concerns quickly and precisely while keeping them in the loop, from onboarding to workforce administration, to employee lifecycle and exit administration – treat sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion, minimizing risk– contribute to HR related projects within our team– stay in line with our internal rules and country specific labor law
Your teamYou'll be working in the HR Advisory & Operations team in Krakow (Green Office, Czerwone Maki). We are a dynamic, enthusiastic and international team that provides a wide range of HR Services across a variety of countries within EMEA. We keep employees and line managers happy, solving their HR queries by phone or through our ticketing system. We also foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Your experience and skillsYou have:– a bachelor's degree – experience in a similar role – advanced Microsoft Office skills – fluent Spanish (knowledge of Italian would be an asset)
You are:– truly service oriented– a great communicator – well organized, with a sharp eye for detail– able to stay on track, even when no two days are the same (and you love that)– known for your can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks
