Main accountabilities

Monitoring and supporting the infrastructure, application systems, ensuring that processing deadlines and on-line service windows, as detailed in the SLA, are delivered and supported to the highest quality
Batch monitoring using tools like Control-M, NSM ,PAM, Sentinel etc.
Raising and referring service incidents, managing calls through to resolution according to established procedures. Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with Client and procedures
Carry out tasks by strictly following the documents containing the procedures and operations
Report generation and distribution.

Requirements

French Language - B1 level
English Language - B1 level
Sound knowledge and understanding of one of the operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix)
Sound IT knowledge fundamentals (hardware, databases and networking)
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
