Operational Risk Business and Application Analyst

 We’re looking for someone like that who can help us to provide:- operational risk managers support in terms of problem solving and application support- application testing: release support for the business and IT, including: coordination, test cases creation and tests execution- make mass data enrichments and data uploads into the system- application access management (coordination and implementation of users access for Operational Risk applications)- leading small processes and improvement projects independently
Your team:You’ll be working in the one of operational risk teams in Krakow, Czerwone Maki Street. Our role is to support the Compliance and Operational Risk Control Function in completing their monitoring and oversight responsibilities as well as application maintenance and support. This includes providing business and technical assistance for internal bank managers using the OR applications.
Your experience and skills:
You have:– worked in a similar position before, in business and application support (and you enjoyed it)– good understanding of IT in general including mainly Microsoft technology, Windows, MS Office, SharePoint– good level of MS Office knowledge - especially Excel on at least medium level– knowledge of Sas technology especially Sas Enterprise GRC - would be an asset– knowledge of ITIL, Six Sigma or other service management methodology - would be an asset

You are: – a great communicator with very good English skills, you know how to speak with people at all levels – able to prioritise workload to work with tight deadlines and under pressure– open minded and flexible person who like to learn and change the environment around– motivated, self-directed and driven (always staying up to date and improving)
