Personal Banking Finance is responsible for Business Controlling of the Business Area Personal Banking. As a CFO Business Analyst you will be a part of a team of Finance Business Partners and Analysts based in Krakow and Zurich/Switzerland.
Your main responsibility will include various Finance core processes (i.e. estimates, monthly result analysis, monthly update of result presentation including commenting, organizational structures maintenance) as well as ad-hoc tasks which involves close collaboration with other Finance colleagues and business partners. You will work extensively with MS Excel and PowerPoint / Think-Cell. Team language is German.
The role is located in the UBS office in Zabierzow (Krakow Business Park).
Responsibilities:
• Performing finance core processes such as monthly estimates, sourcing and analyzing / validating of monthly results
• Updating and commenting on monthly result presentation
• Supporting various Finance key products such as quarterly BA Performance Reviews and deep dive analyses
• Maintaining reference data of the organizational structure for the BA Personal Banking
• Supporting ad-hoc requests and analysis to provide financial result transparency and insights beyond standard reporting
• Preparing complex presentations of findings and recommendations for Personal Banking Management
• Building a strong network across the Finance organization and with business partners to ensure flow of information along the value chain
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in the field of financial analysis in banking
• Very good written and spoken German
• Good written and spoken English
• Knowledge of financial and banking industry with basic understanding of a bank's P&L and Balance Sheet
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, high degree of reliability and readiness of mind
• Strong technical skills with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Precise and error-free way of working
• Talent for story lining and visualization messaging in MS PowerPoint
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in the team
• Proactive, flexible and self-motivated personality, able to deliver efficiently high quality results under time pressure
Additional assets:
• Knowledge of SAP business warehouse, management information systems or Hyperion Essbase
• Knowledge of MS Access and Think-Cell What we offer:
