Sales Manager with Surveyors background

At the company you will be the sole driver for our sales. We are a completely newly established company, so with the right attitude and ambition, there are good opportunities to progress and advance within the company and take on new responsibilities. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities at the company, and to prepare all required documentation for our post sales legal advisors.
To excel in the role it is important that you have surveyor’s experience, a business mind and be able to work independently. Your duties will be to:

• Prepare documentation and assistance for the legal advisors in order for them to continue with the after sales process.
• Collect blueprints and maps of properties from local governments and/or city halls and identify existing transmission infrastructure.
• Identify real property owners who are burdened by the transmission infrastructure on their ground.
• Contact potential clients by any means necessary, including distribution of leaflets in preselected destinations.
• Prepare or arrange estimations on damages caused for illicit use of properties.
• Process and reply to customer requests made through the company home page.

• A newly graduated surveyor with passion for business and sales.
• Drivers license.
• Good reading map skills,
• Good skills in MS Office, internet browsers.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Polish as a first language.

It is also an advantage if you have knowledge or interest in law and legal affairs or experience in working for the local government – especially within real property issues. We would also appreciate if you have your own means of transportation and a laptop.
As a person we are looking for someone who is business minded, social and ambitious. You are driven to learn new tasks and want to develop. Furthermore, you should be a self-driven person who takes initiative!
Start date: as soon as possible
Type of employment: full time
Location: Anywhere in Poland. You will work from home and actively pursuing sales in your region/close cities.
