Lettings and sales negotiator
We are a medium business with one office located in Gravesend, knowledge of are important but not essential.
We need an team player who is a quick learner wanting to develop a
career in the property management, sales and lettings business. We will
reward the right candidate well. Excellent Customer services skills
needed, optimistic attitude, energy and. enthusiasm, matching customers
to properties using leads from within the office via incoming calls and
internet. Manage and organise leads. Prioritise tasks, Time management.
Own car needed for viewings. Ability to work unsupervised. Hungry sales
attitude. Target driven, future career prospects. Computer literate -
Responsibly and ownership willing to do anything in the office including
teas coffees cleaning. Has to fit into team of 7. Family orientated
work environment basic comm phone.
