Junior Archiving Specialist

 We are looking for someone like you for new role in Group Risk Control to help us with:• Ensuring compliance of records with records management policy based on the various data retention laws across the globe• Defining the physical records relevant for archiving• Maintaining the Group Risk Control relevant archiving taxonomy inventory• Archiving physical records (paper documents, digital records saved on shared drives and document management systems)
Your teamYou will be working in Group Risk Control (GRC) which is the independent control function for primary and consequential risk in UBS. In support of documenting its activities, the function produces physical and electronic records. You will be part of the Risk COO Chief of Staff team, and work with colleagues across the globe to ensure proper archiving of the physical records produced by GRC.Your experience and skillsYou have:• working experience or a degree in archiving, project management, legal or compliance• basic understanding of legal and regulatory text • a pro-active, can-do attitude 
You are:• a good communicator (written and verbal) in English • comfortable working independently• motivated, self-directed and driven• enjoying working with colleagues around the globe.
