• you are the final year student (Master’s Degree),
• or you are graduated in Engineering  with no more than 2 years of experience,
• you speak and write English (B2/C1),
• you have strong interpersonal skills and a talent for leadership,
• you have a large capacity to adapt quickly and you are looking for new challenges,
• you are flexible, mobile and focus on development - we invite you to participate in the program.

 
(We are looking for  technical background in: mechanics, mechanical engineering, refrigeration, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering spec. heating, air conditioning and air protection, food machinery and cooling, heat-flow technology, power engineering, management and production engineering, automatic control and related so you surely may fit in :)
Program highlights / principles:

• The 18 months Manufacturing Trainee Program provides an intensive grounding in essential technical, business and interpersonal knowledge and skills in order to equip you with the competences and behaviours required for the future professional roles.
• The program centres around technical disciplines: Brewing, Packaging, Engineering, Quality Assurance.
• To support your individual development each part of the program will be supported by individual mentoring and feedback.
