HR Process & Analytics Lead Consultant

Can you build tableau reports and complex MS Excel file on the fly? Are you good at presenting complex data in a simple way? Are you interested in a varied role where you are also responsible for an HR tool and support global projects?

Your role

We are looking for someone like that who can help us:

– own and further develop the Global Vetting Tool, incl. functional specifications, testing, documentation, implementation
– prepare complex Excel files, import and reconcile data from different systems as base for our yearly vetting process
– build reports on different data and respective analysis for controlling and decision making purposes
– prepare presentation on a senior management level 
– support global vetting projects
– work together with internal and external partners

Your team

You'll be working in the Global Vetting team located in different regions. Your work location will be Krakow (preferred) or Wroclaw while working closely together with our team in Zürich. We are a control function responsible for vetting for both internal and external staff. We manage global vetting policies and processes and are responsible for vetting specification for more than 60 countries. We build and foster relationships to external suppliers as well as to vetting vendors.

Your experience and skills

You have:
– an university degree and a proven track record in a similar position
– Readiness of mind and exceptional analytical skills, so you can deliver complex reports and analysis 
– affinity to IT 
– good project management skills
– strong communication skills, 


You are:
– very proficient in Excel, good knowledge in Office Tools and Visio
– well organized, with a sharp eye for detail
– fluent in English, German is an advantage
– used to work in a global team, ability to act independently and taking the initiative yourself
– flexible as things will often change quickly, known for your can-do attitude
– willing to work in Switzerland for some months
