Project Analyst

Are you a stickler for getting things right? Do you know how to solve problems?

Your role

We are looking for someone like this who can help us:
–defining standards and administering tasks associated with Program and Project reporting.
–consolidating management information that adheres to these standards to provide portfolio views of program / project status – including: tracking of financials, deliverables, resources and benefits; risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies; adherence to governance requirements.
–ensuring projects adhere to the UBS Program Management Framework (PMF) and are fully aligned with strategic priorities.
–providing training and support to help project managers understand the PMF.
–administering the Program / Project investment governance process and supporting budget and financial management.
–consolidating program resource plans.
–assessing and reviewing the status of projects to define problems and recommend corrective actions.
–assisting in administrating the on-boarding of resources (internal and external), IT set-up and tracking, room bookings, processing contracts through EOS, contract management.
–creating partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, marshalling expertise and resources across the business to meet these clients' needs.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Program Management team in Group Risk Control. The role of the team is to improve the level of project management by providing administrative and reporting services that aid programs in adhering to the UBS Program Management Framework - and ensuring such programs are fully aligned with strategic priorities. The PMO team is a potential stepping stone to program and project management; we are seeking two Project Analysts to join the PMO team based in our Franklin office.

Your experience and skills

You have:
–experience in MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
–ability to create and maintain SharePoint and document management sites.
–capable of creating and leading department training.
–excellent verbal, written communication.
–university degree.
–PMP or Six Sigma certification (nice to have).
–MS Access or SQL server (nice to have).
–VBA experience in MS Excel (nice to have).

You are:
–detail oriented, with structured, organized, methodical planning skills
–eager to solve complex problems with multidisciplinary teams
–conscientious and resilient
–fluent in English
