Business Analyst

 We are looking for a Business Analyst with IT flair who will analyze and drive proposals forward. Responsibilities include:• Analyze and determine metric solutions• Create, document and evaluate requirements• Support the metric tool implementation and project management tasks• Apply previous experience gained to perform detailed analysis and articulate findings• Leading small processes and improvement projects independently• Challenge status quo and demonstrate own initiative to fully understand and deliver on objectivesYour teamYou’ll be working in the newly created Management Information and Operating Model Support team in Krakow Business Park. The team supports the implementation of an information platform which provides Compliance & Operational Risk Control relevant information to risk practitioners and senior management.Your experience and skillsYou have:• A bachelor degree in business administration, banking and finance, economics, econometrics or related • Experience as a business analyst with the ability to identify opportunities for standardization• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)• Good understanding of Change Delivery processes, including relationships with IT• Advanced MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)

You are:• Self-motivated and curious• A strong communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels• Able to work autonomously in a fast paced and delivery oriented environment• Adaptable and able to work across teams and functions• Fluent in English
