Sales Assistant – Equity Derivatives

 Your tasks and activities are directly impacting clients of UBS AG in Switzerland and need to be executed with the highest level of diligence.
This role involves a number of post trade and client supporting functions that are directly linked to the overall service quality and client experience we provide for GED products traded in Switzerland.

Your team

This role resides in Global Equity Derivatives (GED) Distribution area – servicing clients of UBS AG, Zurich Branch.

Your experience and skills

- excellent analytical and numerical skills
- ability to work under pressure against a backdrop of issues with tight deadlines
- excellent communicator and confident in dealing with key clients, peers as well as senior stakeholders in different locations
- demonstrates attention to detail and a proactive mind-set in developing a risk control framework for his/her responsibilities
- enthusiastic approach to client service and pro-active support of post trade processes
- excellent knowledge in MS Excel 
- working familiarity with databases and analyzing/working with large data sets an advantage
- experience and/or qualifications in a previous client service role would be beneficial
- preferably degree holder in banking industry, finance or demonstrates relevant working experience
- flexible working time
