Financial Reporting Analyst

  We're looking for someone like that to:– prepare regulatory disclosures at a UBS group level and at various aggregated levels– calculate the relevant limits and ratios (e.g. Liquidity Ratio)– cover daily, monthly and quarterly regulatory reporting – work closely with other finance teams globally in order to ensure full front-to-back process and content integrity of regulatory disclosures– develop an understanding of the trading strategies employed in the front office– improve processes by providing recommendations regarding financial reporting procedures and internal management information provision
Your teamYou’ll be working in the Group Finance team in Zabierzow, Krakow Business Park. Our role is to support the EMEA region and to provide accurate and reconciled financial information. Key objective of the role is to deliver high level reporting support on all operational and financial activities across UBS locations.
Your experience and skillsYou have:– a university degree in accounting, finance/ economics or similar field– 2-3 years' experience in Financial Reporting or Accounting– very good communication skills and ability to work in a team– strong attention to detail
You are:– proficiency in MS Excel (i.e. comfortable with pivot tables, vlookup etc.)– fluent in English– fluent in German (would be additional asset)– methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail– able to build strong relationship with local stakeholders
