Business / Data Analyst

Your role

We’re looking for someone like that who can:
– Turn data into an asset across the organization
- Provide meaningful management information reporting to enable Group Technology Management to make informed Business Decisions
– Collaborate across business units and support day-to-day implementation of the analytics strategy
– Advise on potential analytical approaches to meet business needs, provide support, bespoke analysis as well as guidance and recommendations
– Design, coordinate, and implement analytical business and technology process improvements to support innovation initiatives and create streamlined and efficient processes
– Stay on top of current business and industry trends

Your team

You’ll be working in the Planning and Analytics (CARPA) team in Cracow. We help the bank monitor and capture its investments in IT projects, Internally Generated Computer Software and Restructuring activities.

Your experience and skills

You have:
– Experience in data manipulation and transforming the data in to a management level presentation is key (MS office) 
– Experience in communicating and co-operating within an international environment and across seniority levels is key
- VBA Coding experience is a must - in automating manual processes
– A university degree in an analytical field like engineering, mathematics, accounting, finance or information technology is preferable

You are:
– A strong communicator, ideally fluent in written & spoken English
- Able to manage manage multiple, concurrent projects effectively
- A team player that is able to work effectively both on your own and as part of a wider team
– Have the ability to assess processes and identify areas that can be optimised
