Reporting Specialist

 We’re looking for someone like that to help us:
– report management information data on behalf of internal parties– support the business' financial decision-making process by providing analysis and reporting on Revenues, Costs, Asset under Management, Net New Money– carry out preparation, filing and compliance in connection with local reporting requirements– prepare financial and other information to both local and global regulators (like FINMA, FINRA and the Federal Reserve)– proactively engage with colleagues in multiple locations to drive standardization of processes and gain efficiencies across the team– implement and comply with quality control checks to ensure complete accuracy of numbers
Your teamYou’ll be working in the Reporting and Analytics Services for Global Asset Management team in Zabierzów (Krakow Business Park). We work closely with Finance, Operations and the front office to provide a suite of high-quality reports and analysis. The information prepared by our team also forms part of the numbers submitted in our companywide financial statements.
Your experience and skillsYou have:– a university degree in accounting, finance, business or similar field– 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally with prior experience in the Banking industry– very good written and spoken English– excellent knowledge of MS Excel and VBA – enthusiastic approach to change management and continuous improvement– fund accounting experience
You are:– methodical, concise and accurate, with a strong attention to detail– a great communicator and confident in dealing with peers as well as senior clients in multiple locations– willing to work on different time zone coverage (from 6:00 until 14:30)
