Take part in the 1.5-year Global Development Program in IT, and you will have an opportunity to gain experience (on a rotational basis) in such areas as Project Management, IT Infrastructure, Business Operations, Risk Control and others. Owing to this Program, you will be offered a vast array of possibilities to practically use the knowledge gained at your studies. You will also have access to state-of-the-art technologies and infrastructure, global training tools, and ongoing support of experts who will help you choose the most suitable career path.

 

You can become one of the five lucky candidates to take part in the Global Development Program in IT if you are a student of the final years in tertiary education institutions or a graduate of business, IT or economic studies, interested in IT and fluent in English (spoken and written). If, on top of that, you get on with people very well and have analytical skills, you are able to work individually and as a part of a team, and you have leadership competences, send your application now!

 

The Program will start in September 2016. Right from the beginning you will become a full-scale member of the team. At first, you will participate in an intensive induction program, where you will learn about the strategy and common vision of Citi Service Center Poland. As soon as the Program ends, you will be employed in one of the selected business areas!
