Your tasks:
• provide technical assistance to the German speaking customer
• diagnose and troubleshoot basic IT problems
• provide solutions and support the customer in implementation
Requirements:
• good communication skills in German
• knowledge of MS Office
• basic troubleshooting skills
• analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• customer and team orientation
• excellent communication skills
• experience in customer or IT support position will be a plus but not obligatory
