Job description:
· Support a number of processes which include engagement terms, reporting, security reports, information security and governance
· Be responsible for assigned KPI’s to meet customer needs
· Perform quality control checks to ensure consistent quality of work
· Participate in regular process reviews with clients and key stakeholders, as needed
· Escalate issues and risks to the manager
· Assistance with other processes for the Professional Indemnity and Law & Compliance teams as requested
Requirements:
· Fluent English and Polish
· Team work and communication skills
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Quality orientation
· Knowledge of Microsoft desktop productivity tools
· Previous experience of working in documents administration would be an asset
