Data Analyst – Research Access

The position involves covering late shifts (till 9:00 PM) on a weekly basis (rotation system). 

The role is located in the UBS office in Krakow (Green Office). 

Responsibilities

• Handling global requests on access UBS research documents at local time zone which involves proper communication with clients, analyzing incoming requests and processing them within stipulated time 
• Reconciling client's data from external vendors with UBS data 
• Checking client status to ensure that the clients that have access to UBS research are legitimate 
• Assisting in entitlement review requests or projects 

Requirements

• Bachelor degree (preferably Economic, Technical or Finance background) 
• Very good written and spoken English 
• Very good communication skills and confidence in discussing instructions and deliverables with business partners to ensure clear understanding 
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook 
• Comfortable in using different applications 
• Self-starter, with initiative, energy and commitment with ability to handle routines in an organized way 
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines 
• Ability to manage requests and projects independently, and follow up work till completion 

Additional assets: 

• Knowledge of VBA 
• Experience in administration or client service 
• Experience with using Business Object reporting tool 
• Experience in the corporate environment
